Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years in cost control or financial analysis within hospitality. Experience with F&B departments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and interpersonal skills. Capable of liaising across departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cost-versus-sales ratios, identifying variances and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Supervise receiving areas, ensure deliveries match purchase orders, and manage secure access to storerooms.
- Maintain cost allocation systems across departments to reflect accurate issuance and transfers.
- Prepare daily and monthly cost reports, flash reports, and variance analyses for management review.
- Reconcile invoices, purchase receipts, and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with established purchasing, storage, and issuance procedures.
