Job Description
The Credentialing Coordinator should be highly organized, able to multi-task, work well with different individuals, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to see a project or task from inception to completion.
This person will work directly with the members of the team to perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems, setting-up and coordinating meetings and conferences, answering telephones, giving progress reports, handling confidential information, and coordinating various operational and business tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform primary source verifications
- Assist facility medical staff office with initial and reappointment applications
- Verify provider’s applications and supporting documents ensuring eligibility of providers for multiple facilities.
- Contacts medical office staff, licensing agencies, and insurance carriers as necessary to obtain documents needed to complete a credentials file.
- Create and prepare credential files for completion and presentation to facility medical staff offices within time periods specified.
- Maintain copies of current state licenses, drug enforcement administration (DEA), controlled dangerous substance (CDS), malpractice insurance, and all other required documents.
- Maintain and update credentialing files which includes expirables, database, and rosters.
- Escalate non-responsive providers to manager with documentation of request.
- Coordinate with facility staff in getting the credentialing process completed in its entirety and maintained on a regular basis.
- Responds to internal and external credentialing inquiries on a day-to-day basis as they arise.
- Performs other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years medical staff credentialing experience preferred

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
