Credit and Collection performs crucial roles in an organization to maintain the healthy financial status of the company. The Credit and Collection Department monitors various accounts and transactions made in agreement between the company and its clients, through various collection strategies.
The Emilio Yap Group of Companies (EYGC) is looking for Credit and Collection Associates. If considered, these Associates will be assigned to different companies managed and owned by EYGC.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of client accounts
- Negotiation of contract terms for both existing and new clients
- Implementation of various collection strategies
- Handling customer complaints, concerns and inquiries
- Conduct credit checks for both existing and new clients
- Record maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and other legal requirements related to credit and collection
Skills:
- Can understand basic to complex accounting principles and financial statements
- Knowledgeable on relevant Philippine laws and regulations related to credit and collection
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Practices good rapport and positive relation for customer services
- Executes effective problem-solving and conflict resolution strategies
- Keen to details and organize
- Proficiency in accounting software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
- With at least three (3) to five (5) years of solid experience in a corporate environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
