Investigates history and credit standing of individual or business establishments applying for loan.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews loan application and requirements of loan applicant
Validates the information reflected on loan application by conducting interview with loan applicant
Verifies loan applicant’s personal data, financial data and credit history through trade checking, bank checking, company/employment verification and credit investigation
Verifies loan applicant’s payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions
Prepares accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM)
Endorses the Credit Approval Memorandum to Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval
Informs the loan applicant regarding the status of account or additional document/ requirement to be complied
Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements:

Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in loan/credit review or related
Has knowledge in credit analysis, loans/credit operations
With own motorcycle and valid driver's license
Willing to do fieldwork
With strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
Must be innovative and creative in approach to loan/credit review process
Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Has keen attention to details and has good communication skills
Should know proper telephone etiquette/has the ability to handle different personalities well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
