I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for generating business from existing and prospect accounts and to manage risk through ensuring compliance to policy, quality and operational standards.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Credit Investigation
- Ensures that credit investigation reports and gathered information are complete, accurate and reliable thereby guiding management in arriving at a sound business and credit decision
- Timely submission of credit reports which enables the business units to process the client’s loan application on cue
- To verify the accurate personal information from the client through phone call
- To verify information based on the given certificate of employment from the given employee
- To verify information from the bank and trade references of client’s account and other transactions.
2. Loan Documentation
- Prepares loan documents for all loan products.
- Preparation of loan documents within the turn-around- time set in the service level Agreement
- Ensures correctness of the details of loan documents prepared.
III. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Must be Graduate of any 4 years course
- Must have at least 2–3 years of experience in employee management and a background in credit operations or credit-related work.
- Must be computer literate (i.e. Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email)
