Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit placement and collections.
- Build strong relationships with clients and group leaders.
- Oversee credit approvals and ensure route profitability.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have a valid motorcycle or car driver’s license.
- Must live within 30 km of San Fernando, Pampanga.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. sales, social work).
- Willing to work on shifts and holidays.
- Comfortable with basic math.
- Can communicate in basic conversational English.
- Preferably speaks Kapampangan.
