Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using Zapier and webhooks to seamlessly integrate Disco, Stripe, and HubSpot, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across platforms
- Automate the creation and updating of HubSpot contacts and deals using customer data (e.g., name, email, phone number, state, company) from Disco and Stripe
- Build and maintain custom HubSpot workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives, including lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and task automation
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems by properly mapping fields and managing synchronization between Disco, Stripe, and HubSpot
- Monitor automation performance and proactively troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand business needs, identify automation opportunities, and document process flows and logic
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, HubSpot, and webhook-based integrations
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, particularly in automation, workflows, and data management
- Familiarity with platforms like Stripe (payment systems) and Disco (learning or community platforms)
- Comfortable working with JSON, interpreting webhook payloads, and managing API-based data flow
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM Administration is a plus
