Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to banking or financial services.
- Resolve inquiries regarding account transactions, loan or mortgage status, and brokerage information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality and compliance in handling financial data.
- Work effectively within a team in a shifting schedule setup.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (minimum educational requirement)
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related account (e.g., banking, mortgage, or brokerage)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to work on-site if required

Preferred But Not Required:

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
