We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Healthcare Account team. As a Healthcare Account Associate, you will support members, providers, and/or clients by addressing healthcare-related inquiries, resolving issues, processing claims, or managing benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Assist members in navigating healthcare plans and understanding coverage details.
- Process and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Provide empathetic, solutions-focused customer support.
- Meet performance metrics including average handle time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- With or Without Experience (but preferably with at least 6 months of BPO experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
