1. Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
2. Updates job knowledge and customer service trends by participating in professional organizations; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
3. Develops and conducts training programs for branch staff to promote a culture of genuine customer service.
4. Manages and ensures resolution of customer's complaints within 24 hours.
5. Others tat maybe assigned by the department manager relevant to your task.
