Will be responsible for outbound calls to patients to verify insurance information. This will involve collecting insurance numbers, expiration dates, etc, as well as understanding the differences between PPO, HMO, and Medicaid insurance.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with 1-2 yrs experience in BPO
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective English communication skills that will create and maintain connection with the customer.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Ability to provide proactive support.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Flexible and can align with changes in the workplace, work shift etc.
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to customers' needs and concerns.
- Full-time and Onsite (Office is located in Makati)
