- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or sales (at least 1 year is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with handling inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email inquiries
- Ability to effectively explain products and services, upsell, and close sales
- High level of customer empathy and ability to resolve complaints professionally
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, or other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts or weekends if required
- Goal-oriented and driven by targets and KPIs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
