Job Description:
- Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries promptly, and handle missed calls.
- Respond to online chats in a timely manner, answering customer questions.
- Complete a specified number of email responses.
- According to the requirements of the client, the main responsibility is to contact the customers, understand their purchase intentions and provide pre-sale services.
- Collect and relay customer feedback/complaints to help optimize products and processes.
- Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- atleast 6 months of sales experience
- Associate degree or higher
- with good command in English
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and high stability
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST – Los Angeles Time)
*Equivalent to Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Philippine Time)
*Work Onsite – Angono, Rizal

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
