Inbound Sales Specialist

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll manage inbound inquiries, drive sales growth, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll execute sales strategies, support order processing, resolve issues, and assist across various customer service functions in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities in the AFH (Away From Home) market
- Promote and apply relevant promotions to boost sales
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records
- Manage large order allocations and coordinate product samples
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Support various customer service channels (e.g., delivery, credits)
- Recommend alternatives for out-of-stock items and manage peak season orders
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Seek and implement process improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in inbound sales (preferably FMCG) with strong sales performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month
