As a Culture and Engagement Supervisor, you will design and implement innovative programs that promote employee well-being, inclusivity, and a vibrant organizational culture. You will partner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and employees to ensure our initiatives align with business goals and create meaningful employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute flagship programs and engagement tools that reinforce organizational values.
- Foster strong relationships with leadership to align culture and engagement strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor engagement trends and measure program effectiveness.
- Act as an employee advocate, facilitating feedback channels and promoting transparent communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in employee engagement, culture development, or HR programs
- Proven expertise in psychological safety, DEI, and data analytics
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead innovative initiatives that resonate with diverse

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
