Purpose of the Position
Responsible in providing assistance in general administrative tasks
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Generation and printing of invoices
- Transmittal preparation
- Submission of invoice thru customer portal
- Sends out printed copy of SOA to customer
- Assist in the development and update of project administrative procedures
- Prepares, reviews, submits and tracks expense reports for reimbursements
- Coordinates and confirms with user department specifications of requested items
- Coordinates with Procurement for processing of orders
- Prepares proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintain inventory of office supplies
- Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Required Qualification / Experience
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the role.
- Must have advanced Excel and other computer skills
- Willing to work under Agency.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
