Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about products and services, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and tact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, including products, signage, and displays, to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Assist with stocking, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that sales areas are clean and visually appealing.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior high school graduate or college level.
- Alert and attentive to details.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Willing to assigned in Gashapon Bandai Mactan Airport

Pay: Php501.00 - Php551.00 per day
