A Customer Service Associate is the store’s front-liner who is responsible for providing excellent and personalized customer service through compliance of company-set performance standards and the achievement of the store’s sales target. The Customer Service Associate is also responsible for completing the sales transaction process while complying with company policies and the store’s operating standards on housekeeping, inventory control, security and safekeeping of merchandise and other company assets.
Qualifications:
- Female or Male
- Has excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- Cap-wearer or at least must be familiar with New Era
- Must be at least college undergraduate/ vocational degree/ high school or shs graduate
- With or without experience in fashion retail
- Willing to wear streetwear attire
