Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Place orders for customers via Personal Shopper backend.
- File return and refund claims.
- Coordinate with other LOOK stores for item availability.
- Assist in third-party last-mile booking, dispatch, and follow-ups.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns, working with other departments as needed, including other LOOK stores.
- Provide product information and recommendations to help customers find the best solutions for their needs with the help of store staff and brand ambassadors.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with high-value clients through personalized communication, proactive outreach, and consistent service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related disciplines. (Open for fresh graduates)
- Strong verbal and written communication for clear and effective interactions with customers.
- Efficient handling of multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Willing to be assigned at SM Aura.
Job Type: Fixed term
