JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information about SJWS's services, processes, and resolving customer complaints. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers for their concerns and complains and will be critical in ensuring and monitoring the customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about SJWSC's services and processes
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner that adheres to the values of SJWSC and PA Properties
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and timely response to customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Monitors and records customer inquiries and complaints
- To ensure that the overall customer response time is achieved
- Assist other works in the Commercial Department from time to time
- Perform other minor duties as assigned
- Must meet monthly and annual internal targets
