What your new job involves
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer call enquiries
- Conducting customer and third party outbound calls
- Document management/handling in getting customers applications complete and ready for assessment
- Supporting the verification checks for the Loan Verification teams
- Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
- Assisting with other customer experience initiatives
Essential Criteria
We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are willing to work on weekends and appreciate the flexibility of having a day off during the week.
Currently, we are servicing Australian hours (Day shift):
- Monday to Friday – 6:30AM to 3:30PM (DST 5:30AM to 2:30PM)
- Public holiday work including Christmas, New Year and Holy week

Mandatory requirements
