Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of shipping date, method and current status and answering inquiries.
- Support the implementation of SOP's for new and existing businesses in order to satisfy the expectations of customers.
- Helps in managing current customer accounts by attending to their needs and inquiries.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set-up shipments as required by customers. This is with guidance of their respective superiors.
- Provides real-time update to clients regarding the status of pick-up and delivery.
Qualification:
- College graduate
- Excellent in communication skills in both written and verbal
- At least 6 months - 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding is required.
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City.
