Responsibilities:
- Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products.
- Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
- Good problem-solving and active listening skills
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
