Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
- Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
- Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a CSR role inKorean/English (Bilingual)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- CSR Experience: 1-4 yrs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and other languages an asset
- Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php125,000.00 per month
