Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a blended account role, requiring excellent communication skills across chat, phone, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns efficiently and delivering a positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle a variety of concerns including billing, product/service questions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues within defined SLAs.
- Document all customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role handling blended communication channels.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts or weekends, if required.
