Job Description:
- Handles inquiries of clients thru calls and emails
- Provide accurate and timely information and updates to clients on movements of the cargo
- Create/send DSR to client for monitoring of their shipment
- To call and verify vessel details to shipping lines, carriers and forwarders and coordinate with the B.U's for proper documentation
- Create booking thru system for each shipment and record file to folder
- Other tasks as may be assigned, required, or needed
Job Qualifications/Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs/Logistics related course or any field
- At least 2 year of working experience in a logistics company or in a shipping line processing shipments
- 1 to 4 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Has good written and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be keen to details and has good analytical skills
- Willing to be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City Cebu
