Roles and responsibilities:
- Receive and answer inbound calls.
- Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
- Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
- Send messages to customers through chat or email
- Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
- Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
- Coordinate with clients and/or third-party service providers.
Qualifications:
- At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
- College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Must be able to speak and understand English well.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
