Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our 24/7 operations team specializing in refrigeration and HVAC alarm management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting alarms, handling service requests, and delivering timely and professional support to our clients in the food retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze refrigeration and HVAC alarms using customer software and tools.
- Interrogate, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues based on alarm history and graph analysis.
- Communicate with customers via calls or email regarding alarms and service updates.
- Confirm work orders and ensure accurate documentation of service activities.
- Answer inbound and transferred calls, addressing customer concerns as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course .
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Familiarity with offshore support operations is an advantage
Skills and Tools:
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Knowledge or exposure to systems such as Salesforce, MSSR, VMWare, ININ is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Must be open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to render overtime work as needed during critical operations or peak seasons
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude
