Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the frontliner in addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics. The CSR ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and effective support through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and concerns via phone, email, messaging apps, or social media.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with product recommendations or usage guidance.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding order status, delivery updates, and returns.
- Log, monitor, and follow up on customer complaints or feedback.
- Assist in processing product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims (if applicable).
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
- Help prepare daily reports on customer feedback, issues encountered, and resolutions provided.
- Support online store transactions and customer queries on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or social media shops.
- Uphold company values and maintain brand voice in communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school or College Graduate
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with handling e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and messaging platforms (email, chat, etc.).
- Calm under pressure and able to manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
