About the Job:
Do you enjoy supporting others and creating meaningful connections? We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to become part of our energetic team. In this position, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our valued donors—responding to their questions, scheduling appointments, following up on requests, and issuing tax-related documentation. Your role will be essential in delivering a smooth and positive experience for every donor. If you have experience in the BPO industry, especially in customer service or sales-oriented roles, and you’re driven by purpose, we’d love to connect with you!
What You'll Do:
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding donations, offering clear and helpful guidance
- Reach out to donors proactively via phone, email, or SMS to provide updates and conduct follow-ups
- Assist donors by issuing tax receipts, processing vacation vouchers, and updating their profiles
- Accurately document donor interactions and ensure timely and thorough follow-ups
- Address and resolve donor concerns efficiently, escalating more complex issues when needed
- Stay up-to-date with current company services, policies, and procedures to deliver informed support
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships through personalized, professional interactions
What You'll Bring:
- A college degree or some college-level education
- 1–2 years of BPO experience, ideally in a customer-facing or sales support capacity
- A history of providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
- Flexibility to work on-site during night shifts (graveyard hours), as needed
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
