Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services.
You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems or platforms
- Willingness to work morning shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
