Description


Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients regarding their medical billing and payment inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of patient accounts while providing exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Confer with patients by telephone to answer inquiries regarding medical billing and payments
  • Assists patients in processing payments and updating account information to ensure that medical claims will be processed and settled flawlessly
  • Obtain details of complaints and disputes and ensure that this will be escalated to the accounts management for resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • At least 6 months BPO healthcare billing experience is a must
  • Has knowledge in insurance plans
  • Must be able to read eligibility of benefits, denials
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Computer literate, in encoding, and word-processing
