Job Description

You’ll be the crucial link between the company and their customers across both B2B and B2C channels, handling everything from initial inquiries to post-purchase support. You’ll play a pivotal role in reactivating their TikTok Shop operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all platforms. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across both B2B and B2C platforms
- Provide detailed product information and expertly guide customers through the purchasing process
- Handle all customer service matters including refunds, complaints, and shipping inquiries with care and efficiency
- Manage and maintain e-commerce store operations across multiple platforms including TikTok Shop
- Close sales opportunities by providing valuable information and using consultative techniques such as strategic discount offerings
- Process customer requests and resolve issues to maintain exceptional satisfaction levels
- Seamlessly multitask between customer service duties and sales support activities as business needs fluctuate
- Help reactivate and manage the company’s TikTok Shop operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond professionally and build rapport with customers
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service best practices
- Basic sales skills with natural ability to guide customers toward purchase decisions
- Strong multitasking abilities to effectively handle different types of customer interactions
