As a Customer Service Staff at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to client, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and answering the client’s concerns for their account with the company via phone call, email and other communication channels.
- Maintaining a good relationship between the company and its clients.
- Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course, preferred but fresh graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
- Possesses above-average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and customer service skills.
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends and split-off/rest day.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center.
- Can start ASAP
