- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Resolve product, order, shipping, and return issues efficiently and professionally.
- Track and follow up on customer orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback to internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, fulfillment) based on customer interactions and concerns.
- Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support volume.
