Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate product information and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.
- Willing to be assigned near Bridgetowne Pasig City
- Willing to start ASAP
