Role Summary
This is a foundational role at the nexus of marketing, performance intelligence, and technology. You will serve as the data engine behind the marketing and funnel optimization strategy, leveraging tools like Hyros for source-level attribution and Power BI for profile and performance visualization. Your mission: drive time savings, identify high-converting strategies, and deliver actionable insights across the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to loan settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel & Campaign Analysis
Analyze digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google) using Hyros to attribute true ROI by channel, campaign, and creative.
Track and optimize every step of the sales funnel in Zink, from MQLs to settled loans—highlighting drop-offs and velocity opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and validate test-and-learn strategies for creatives, landing pages, and traffic sources.
Reporting & Visualization
Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize:
- Cost per settled loan
- Broker performance by lead source
- Geographic and demographic insights
- Time-to-settlement by channel
Automate weekly performance reports to enable real-time adjustments by marketing, broker, and call center teams.
System Integration & Data Flow
Map and streamline data pipelines between Hyros, Zink, CRM systems, and BI tools to ensure clean, timely data.
Implement automation to eliminate repetitive reporting and reduce human error.
Time-Saving & Operational Efficiency
Identify redundancies or inefficiencies in lead handling and marketing workflows.
Introduce automated alerts, predictive models, or AI insights to reduce manual efforts and maximize broker efficiency.
Strategic Input
Participate in campaign planning meetings, offering predictive insights and risk/reward modeling.
Provide clear commentary to the CMO and Head of Strategy on effective strategies and areas for improvement.
About You
3+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, or performance analytics role, preferably within a digital-first or financial services environment.
Proficient with Hyros, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar attribution systems.
Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms, particularly Power BI.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead-to-sale cycles, and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration in a scale-up setting.
Bonus: Familiarity with Zink, Salesforce/HubSpot, or experience with call center conversion models.jobed.ai
