Role Overview
The Data Analyst is a critical member of the organization, bridging business needs and data-driven solutions. Responsible for analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders, operations teams, and engineers to ensure high-quality analytics and the development and effective use of data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all business units to deeply understand business processes, challenges, and data requirements.
- Clearly document business data needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and operations teams to operationalise and automate data processes.
Data Modelling and Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that support operations and strategic decision making.
- Own, manage and optimize the BI platform and derived data models.
- Proactively troubleshoot and manage improvements to reporting logic and data workflows.
Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
- Conduct a detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Lead investigations into data anomalies and swiftly resolve issues to maintain data integrity
- Continuously monitor data quality and implement measures to ensure accuracy across all data systems.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or related role in a data-centric environment
- Industry experience in finance, payments, and SaaS, highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, and experience using data visualisation tools such as Looker
- In-depth understanding of data modelling concepts, data transformation, and analytical methodologies
- Proven experience managing large datasets
- Exceptional communications skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake is desirable

- Stakeholders consistently rely on and trust your data products and insights to make informed decisions
- Technical specifications for data solutions are clear, precise, and facilitate efficient, error-free implementation.
- Documentation for dashboards, data models, and data processes is comprehensive, clean,r and kept up to date.
- The BI system and data models are well-maintained, free from the clutter of unused reports and outdated models.
- Proactive identification and resolution of data issues to improve overall data quality and trust
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
