JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring sales performance.
- Develops comprehensive sales strategies tailored specifically by model, by dealer, by area, and by region, aligning with the company's objectives.
- Cultivates plans that include models, dealers, and areas to navigate sales and determine where to focus in order to hit the target.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth that could aid in sales data analysis.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge for the sales team.
- Conducts sales performance analysis and evaluates sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implements business excellence strategies, processes, and policies.
- Identifies continuous improvement activities for departmental processes, policies, and KPIs as approved by the Sales Department Head.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related courses.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Management and Business Understanding/Sales Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
- Knowledge in Database Management: SQL, spreadsheet software, or other related database management systems.
- Background in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and data insights.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
