Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Process assigned IRS Form 8850 applications through various state agency websites
- Enter applicant and employer information into internal data systems and web platforms
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of all entered data
- Follow detailed procedures and workflows for consistent processing
- Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience in Data Entry / Back-Office
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have basic MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
