Job Summary:
We are hiring CSR (Customer Service Representatives) to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and service information, resolving concerns with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a voice and non-voice, back-office role ideal for detail-oriented individuals with basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
- Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails.
- Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as needed by supervisors.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to information security policies.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or SHS Graduate
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without customer service experience
- Willing to work day shifts, night shifts, and graveyard shifts
- Good English communication and typing skills
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Amenable to work onsite
Working Conditions:
