Your Key Responsibilities:
This position will support the Group Audit portfolio by facilitating efficient and effective operations, thereby contributing to the maintenance of a proactive and forward-looking Group Audit function.
Identify automation opportunities, develop solutions to streamline validations reporting and data collection processes, and enhance efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact with central GA functions for tasks such as annual planning, FTE reporting, coordination and tracking of requests, and methodology changes.
Serve as the point of contact for Group Audit colleagues and managers across all three locations – Manila, Mumbai, and Madrid – to support the GA project and change head
Evaluate data analytics requests and collaborate with auditors, data owners, and developers to deliver functional solutions and analytics in an agile and iterative manner.
Partner with Regional Business Managers to provide all levels of BM support to the Head of Audit and Chief Auditors.
Coordinate global Townhalls for the Validations portfolio.
Your Skills and Experience:
Candidates should possess a proven track record in a delivery role, demonstrating self-motivation and experience in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and responding to ad-hoc requests.
Relevant experience as a business manager or auditor
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly both orally and in writing, with a logical and structured approach at all levels
Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to build strong and enduring relationships with individuals across various levels of seniority
Robust analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in interpreting large quantities of data and understanding its operational and financial impact
Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, and produce high-quality work
Team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, solid work ethic, and strong delivery focus
High professional and ethical standards, coupled with a high level of personal integrity. The role involves handling sensitive personal and business information
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
