The Dealer Sales Trainer is chiefly responsible for training of existing and new Marketing Professionals, facilitation of marketing activities, and implementation of programs for completion of requirements mandatory to the accomplishment of the Toyota Dealer Success Program (TDSP). He/She also develops and prepares modules/programs specifically designed for newly hired Marketing Professional trainees such as orientation to sales process, selling techniques, and marketing strategies.
Required work experience, skills, or education:
- Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Marketing, Psychology, Business Management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Automotive Sales Training and Management
- Excellent communication, training and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; web, application, contact management and other forms of data analysis is a plus factor
