The Logistics/Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting goods from the warehouse to customers, stores, or other locations. The role includes loading and unloading items, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through safe and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to designated locations on time and in good condition
- Verify delivery documents such as invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
- Assist in loading and unloading items from the vehicle
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently
- Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors for updates or concerns
- Handle customer interactions in a respectful and professional manner
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately
- Support warehouse staff when not on delivery (if needed)
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate, college level or graduate
- With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 3)
- With experience driving a 6-wheeler truck (at least 1 year preferred)
- Knowledgeable in traffic rules, road safety, and preventive vehicle maintenance
- Familiar with local and/or provincial routes
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Trustworthy, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Willing to work long hours, overtime, and occasional out-of-town deliveries
- With previous experience in delivery driving (retail, logistics, or courier is a plus)
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and road safety
- Good driving record with no major violations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
