A Delivery driver is responsible for transporting goods ensuring safe unloading and delivery to destinations. The duty includes checking the maintenance of the vehicle. He also accomplishes report on the conditions of the vehicle as well as liquidation report for travel allowance.
Functions:
- Reviews orders prior to delivery to ensure correct products are delivered
- Provides exceptional customer service to our customers
- Conducts inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Loads products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
- Obtains delivery confirmations from each customer
- Will do delivery within the city or long distance
Job Requirements:
- College level in any course or a high school graduate
- Minimum 1-year experience as Delivery Driver in panel and trucks or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license (restriction code 1, 2 and 3)
- Knowledge in basic vehicle troubleshooting
- Clean driving record and able to drive long hours and travels regularly
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc).
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- With good moral character
