The Delivery Driver / Service Crew is responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to customers while providing courteous and efficient service. The position involves driving and delivering goods two (2) times a week, and serving as a service crew on non-delivery days. Service crew duties include assisting with store operations, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting customer service activities. This role requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Delivery Duties (2x a week):
- Safely operate the company vehicle to deliver products to customers, branches, or partner locations.
- Verify delivery instructions and plan routes for efficiency and timeliness.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Collect payments or signed delivery receipts, if required.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
Service Crew Duties (non-delivery days):
- Assist in preparing orders according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers in-store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and vehicle.
- Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (appropriate restriction code for vehicle type).
- Proven experience as a driver and/or service crew is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and safety practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and loading tasks.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php560.00 per day
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
