Job Description:
- Conducted product demonstrations and presentations to existing and potential customers and assisted them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- On-time processing and releasing of assigned Marketing-initiated promo.
- Develops and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers in
- her assigned area.
- Tracks and monitors customer loyalty programs within his area of coverage.
- Maintains visibility of Stanley Black and Decker’s merchandising materials to the trade outlets within his area coverage.
- Continues the education of the store clerks within his area of coverage.
- Conducts and ad-hoc projects as directed by the Trade Marketing Group
- Accomplish and submit necessary reports on time. The Employer reserves the right to appoint the Employee
Qualification:
- At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or college level
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Familiarity with True Value, Handyman, and Wilcon
- Has experience in a Coordinating position
- Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
- Able to use Zoom/G Meet or Teams for virtual meetings
- Willing to do roving work
- Enthusiastic & Energetic
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should reside near the assigned store
- Okay with shifting schedule (Opening/Closing)
- Basic knowledge of Power Tools is an advantage
