Prepares and submits accurate claims to various insurance companies
Preparing forms and related documentation
Communicating with office managers
Complying with company regulations and policies
- Review coding to ensure appropriate procedure code/s is used
- Submission of all claims with needed documentation: Perio charting/Xrays/Referral forms/Narratives/Clinical notes (if necessary)
- Resolve claim denials/rejections and resubmit as appropriate including any requested information
- Must submit all claims for assigned locations
- Provide daily/monthly reports as requested
- Must have Claims billing knowledge
- Must have experience processing claims for group practice and be knowledgeable in Denticon
- Should have experience in BPO, inbound and outbound calls
Technical Requirements:
* Dual monitors
* 200 MBps
* With back up (internet, power supply or laptop)
* Can work ASAP
