We are seeking a proactive and results-driven DEPUTY TOWNSHIP MANAGER to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our township. The ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, and capable of delivering consistent value to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the township
- Ensure full compliance with township reports, safety regulations, and operational standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing township team
- Deliver measurable value and improvements for stakeholders
- Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and Licensure in Engineering, Architecture, Forestry or other relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, SketchUp, and other relevant tools or software
- Ability to review and interpret construction plans and design documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in estate, property, or facilities management is a plus
- Willing to be assigned in Southwoods City, Laguna
