Job Summary:
As a Furniture Design Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients create spaces that reflect their unique style and needs. You will combine your design expertise with a deep knowledge of our furniture offerings to guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they receive personalized, practical, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. You will also be responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Design Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, offering expert design guidance and recommendations on furniture styles, color schemes, and layout.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of the products we carry, including design elements, materials, and functionality.
- Customized Solutions: Develop customized design plans, including space planning and furniture selection, tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
- Sales Generation: Assist in the sales process by recommending products that meet both client desires and budget, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Client Follow-up: Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, providing follow-up consultations as needed to enhance their overall experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments, including marketing and logistics, to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in furniture and interior design, applying this knowledge to inspire and educate clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in furniture sales, design consulting, or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of furniture types, styles, and materials.
- Ability to create floor plans and visual concepts (experience with design software is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a client-driven environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Fort, BGC and Sheridan, Mandaluyong
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
